An interactive educational journey!
Objectives of the Course: The objective of the course is to train teachers, trainers and educational staff, in the effective managing of existing collaborative tools in the cloud applied to education. The course will give the participants the digital tools that will help them integrate Information and Communication Technologies in their fields of work and will improve their overall teamwork.
Specific objectives of the Course:
- To understand the concept of cloud computing and online collaborative work.
- To use communication tools to organize the work in a collaborative way.
- To organize and manage projects and task list in a team.
- To use a collaborative office suit.
- To share and edit documents in the cloud.
- To work in real time with documentation with the rest of the team.
- To promote ICT teaching to boost the learning in the educational system.
This training course is designed under the influence of all the competencies defined in the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators, and they are taken into account in a transversal sense.

This palace has been different stages in time, from the late eleventh century to today, contemplating from its walls the influence of the different cultures that have passed through the city.

New edition of one of our most demanded courses, Collaborative Tools for Teamwork! Our Training team will share a week with seven participants from #Geapolis, who come from Italy, as part of their #erasmusplus #KA1 Learning Mobility Project “STEP by STEP, individual and collective empowerment.. During this morning’s session, they learned about online tools for internal organizational communication, such as Slack, and enjoyed a beautiful sunny day at #ElRompido. We hope that it will be a very meaningful and applicable training for them and that they have a great week in Spain!”

Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service developed by Google. Google Drive encompasses Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, which are a part of the Google Docs Editors office suite that permits collaborative editing of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, forms, and more. Files created and edited through the Google Docs suite are saved in Google Drive.

Oggi a Huelva con Laura Medero ID per conoscere da vicino il programma pubblico #andalucíaesdigital promosso dalla Giunta dell’Andalusia per favorire l’apprendimento delle competenze digitali dei cittadini della comunità andalusa. Corsi di formazione e piattaforme collaborative che prevedono diversi livelli di apprendimento e tre diversi approcci alla valutazione: autovalutazione, valutazione e riconoscimento, fino ad arrivare alla vera e propria certificazione delle competenze digitali. Una buona pratica europea per dare applicazione al Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu). La visita al Museo archeologico di Huelva e alla Plaza de Las Monjas dove si erge il monumento dedicato a Cristoforo Colombo hanno completato il programma della giornata.

Our #Geapolis participants have worked with the #interactive content creation tools Canva, Mentimeter, and Genially. With these online tools they can create many kinds of #content in a simple way and with novel and fun results, which also allow interaction and participation with the #audience. TRELLO is a collaborative work management app designed to track team projects, highlight tasks underway, show who they are assigned to, and detail progress towards completion. At its core, Trello relies on the principles of Kanban project boards to visualize workflows, providing managers and team members with a simple overview of a project from start to finish. Within each board, several lists can be created to indicate the progress of a project; “to do,” “in progress,” and “done” lists are common examples. Individual cards within the lists hold information on a specific task and can be moved from list to list as needed (such as when a task is completed).
